How it works
We receive orders through various channels – such as email, web forms, the GDV interface or insurer portals.

The three types of assessment

Document verification
Quotations, invoices and purchase receipts are checked. Our experts verify that items, hourly rates and costs are reasonable and also assess whether a repair is a cost-effective alternative to replacement.

Document review
Receipts, photos and a description of the damage are assessed together. In addition to costs and items, we check for plausibility, previous damage, the time value and replacement value, as well as whether the vehicle is generally repairable.

Video assessment or on-site assessment
During video or on-site inspections, we collect data via a digital questionnaire – tailored to each specific trade. This enables a comprehensive assessment of the damage and provides a sound basis for evaluation.

Processing and routing
Every order is created in a structured manner, pre-qualified and routed to the appropriate inspection process – from document checks to on-site inspections.

Progress updates and reporting
Clients can decide for themselves how much interim information they wish to receive and via which channel: email, the GDV interface or the insurer portal. We also provide reports at the intervals requested.

Alternative repair option
If a replacement quote is provided, we actively assess whether a repair is technically feasible and economically viable – and, if necessary, provide an alternative repair quote.

Clear decision-making document
Each case concludes with a structured report containing all the relevant information needed to make a quick decision.
Full damage assessment
Thanks to trade-specific questionnaires and structured data collection, all relevant information is available at an early stage.
